Subscribing to ME | Moscow

It’s a bit of a headache unsubscribing from all the things we’re made to believe.

In a relationship by a certain point. Get a good job + keep it. Get engaged. Have a certain # in my bank acct by x time. Get married. Wait, find “the one”. Get a proper education + get another one in case the first wasn’t enough. Have kids + say that you want to have kids when you’re not even at the point of having them. Wear suitable things for a certain age. Do not be a slut..but, do u even know what you’re doing? Keep your “number” discreet. Look natural but think about getting some work done here. Do not talk politics or religion. Do not share too much on a first date. Buy a home. STAY PUT. Keep most of your cards off the table. Pretend everything is okay even when it isn’t. Try to fit in bc it’s easier. Do not make a risky change after a certain age. Do not leave your job when it’s solid. Don’t dream too big, you’re no longer a kid. Stop changing your mind. Be more decisive. Don’t drink too much but don’t just stand there! Get a drink! Never be the first to text him/her. Do not act like u’re interested, show emotion, or seem too eager. Do not call when u can just text, or text when you can DM, or DM when you can just ghost. Do NOT have your messages “on read”.

Don’t don’t don’t, do do do. All I can say is I’m unsubscribing to ALL of it. The only thing I’m subscribing to is what I WANT, DESIRE, NEED, + FEEL is best for ME. Not what is said to be good for me, or what my country(ies) deem correct for me, or what the social constructs demand of me.

I’m subscribing to ME; to actively listening + trusting MY INTUITION. Why intuition? Bc it always leads w/Love. It always leads w/heart. It always leads w/Truth. The first thought is the right thought. After that comes doubt, which is an emotion reeking of Fear. Like all the do’s + dont’s I listed above (+ the many I forgot to). All fears. No more 🙅🏼‍♀️.
