I think it’s important to mention that our journey is never-ending. The goal? To keep your heart (+intuition) open.

At times, it’s an agonizing cycle, especially when the variables keep changing. What must we do?
.
Trust the process + r i d e the wave.
.
In August 2018, all I knew was that nothing seemed to be working in NY. I stopped fighting it, stopped forcing things, + followed my heart. Intuition said, Moscow! Sept 20, I boarded my one-way flight.
.
The first few months I wandered. By December, the reasons of my relocation revealed themselves to me. There was the potential to heal the Ded-Papa-Me thread. I filled up my Woman w/the guidance of my Godmother. Balancing out my 👩🏼 + 👦🏼.
.
Then I found work, taking on the roll of managing my father’s businesses + directing his PR strategy. I began stabilizing + building a foundation for our portfolio. First, the restaurants, then the fitness centers, then the gaming app + wines. For the fitness centers I was able to work w/my Uncle, setting up a mktng strategy + fine tuning the brand. I worked w/his staff on building their EQ + productivity @ work. We began TALKING to one other. This led to my becoming part of their team as a Life Coach for their many clients. Now I’m focusing on expanding my practice + beginning anew on my Workshops to spearhead the conversation on mental health in Russia. Lastly, I’m in the process of creating two show concepts I’m looking to produce. More on that later.

Was it hard? Fuck yes. Have there been tears? Streams 😭. Have I felt lonely w/out my family + friends? yeeees. Have I felt like an alien in my birth country? 👽👽x10. DIFFICULT but extremely REWARDING, as I’ve found a purpose. A reason for why I’m here, right now.

The point is: NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF I HADN’T FOLLOWED MY HEART.
.
So, my question is: are you listening to what your ❤️ is guiding you to do? If not, what’s the fear? where is it stemming from? Ask yourself: what’s the worst that can happen? + then write out your plan of action if it does. Tip: write this out on paper. So you can physically see it, releasing it from the anxiety in your head.
