Hello! My name is Alyonka Larionov, and I am a personal coach and certified mindfulness teacher with over seven years of experience in this field. My journey into coaching began alongside my own path to recovery from an eating disorder. This transformative experience shifted my focus from the relentless pursuit of hustle and success to prioritizing health, wellness, self-discovery, and mindfulness. It has allowed me to embrace a more authentic version of myself.

In my coaching practice, I specialize in guiding individuals to reconnect with their true selves. I work with my clients as a life teacher to declutter traumas and blockages, integrating these experiences into their authentic identity. Together, we design a carefully curated plan of action, implementing changes that lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life. There is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing the profound transformations that occur when people embrace their authenticity.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also lead and facilitate in-person workshops that foster community, conversation, and meaningful connections. Ultimately, my goal is to guide you back to you.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, or if you simply want to connect, I would love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out to me through the contact form on this website, and let's take the first step together.

Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting with you!

I also have ten years of experience working in the entertainment industry. First as a TV and online host. Then as a producer of documentary series and films which landed me an Emmy Nomination and a Producers Guild Award. And later, as a podcast producer and host of “In The Unknown” and “A, Speaking”.

I am a big advocate for mental health & wellness. I have hosted and sat on panels speaking on this topic, as well as, openly speaking about my eating disorder & recovery. I have been featured for my writing and my story in Marie Claire, Vogue, The Challenger, The Athletic, The Hour Magazine, Rain TV & more, on the work that I do in this field.

I am passionate about living as clean as possibly. As such, I work with and feature brands who have aligned their business plan around creating a better future for us and for our planet.

I love books, art, & film, and I believe kindness always wins.
